I live in the US and wasn’t sure how easy the process would be for me -SUPER easy, basically like shipping a normal package within the US. The pendant is lovely if a bit small. The chain has just snapped whilst cleaning it. That’s both of my Ruby Tynan chains that have snapped now and I’ve never had any other chain snap in my life. I noticed the chain is stamped “Italy” which may mean they are bought in. The quality does not match the pendant and needs to be changed otherwise 5 stars could have been given as these designs are simply stunning.
Beautiful pendant but unfortunately the chain snapped shortly after purchase. I’ve never had a chain snap before. If the chain were better quality it would have been 5 stars.
