How it works:
1. Purchase this service through our website.
2. You’ll receive an email with a prepaid return postage label.
3. Simply package up your jewellery securely and send it back to us.
4. We’ll carefully clean and/or repair your piece, then return it safely to you looking as good as new.

Our cleaning restores shine and removes everyday build-up, while our repair service can include re-polishing, soldering, stone tightening, or other adjustments depending on what your piece needs.

This service ensures your jewellery is cared for by expert hands, so you can continue to wear and enjoy it for years to come.

Each piece of jewellery is handmade to order, especially for you, meaning a little extra time and care goes into every order. Because of this, dispatch times may vary depending on the item.
