A guide to
Ring Sizing
Finding the correct ring size is essential for comfort, wearability, and longevity. As each piece is handmade to order, we recommend taking the time to measure carefully before placing your order.
Visit a local jeweller
The most accurate way to determine your ring size is to visit a local jeweller and have your finger professionally measured. This is particularly important when choosing rings that cannot be resized, such as certain stone-set designs.
For example, star set diamond bands cannot be resized, so it’s a good idea to try on a ring in a similar profile (such as D-shaped or flat) and in the same width (e.g. 2mm or 3mm). The width and shape of a band can significantly affect how a ring fits.
Measuring at home
If you’re unable to visit a jeweller, you can measure your size at home using the methods below:
1. Measure an existing ring
Choose a ring that fits the intended finger well and measure the internal diameter (in millimetres). You can then use a ring size chart to match this measurement to your size.
2. Use a strip of paper or string
Wrap it snugly around your finger, mark where it overlaps, and measure the length in millimetres to find the circumference.
For a more accurate result, cut a strip of paper that is the same width as the ring you plan to purchase. Wider bands tend to fit more snugly, so this helps better reflect how the finished ring will feel.
Order a ring sizer
For another simple way to measure your size at home, you can order a reusable plastic ring sizer directly from my shop.
This allows you to try the fit on your chosen finger and find a comfortable size at your own pace. It’s a particularly helpful option if you’re unsure, between sizes, or want to check how your ring size might change throughout the day.
Ring Size Chart
Use the chart below to convert your measurements into UK ring sizes. Whether you have the inside diameter, circumference, or an international size, this guide will help you find the closest match.
Please note that conversion charts are a guide and slight variations can occur. If you’re unsure, you’re very welcome to get in touch and I’ll be happy to double check your size with you.

Ring Resizing
To minimise waste and ensure each piece is made specifically for you, we do not offer exchanges for incorrect ring sizes. However, some rings can be resized after purchase.
If you are unsure whether your ring can be resized, please feel free to get in touch and I’ll be happy to advise before you order.
Please note that some designs cannot be resized due to their structure or setting (this will always be stated in the listing). For example, star set diamond rings are not resizable, so it is especially important to ensure the correct size is chosen before purchasing.
If you’re unsure at any stage, don’t worry, I’m always happy to help guide you so you can order with confidence.
