This process is completely safe and pain-free for your pet, however it may take a little patience from both of you. Please read the instruction guide at the bottom of our website, and make sure that your pet does not ingest any part of the impression kit.

Once you place your order, a kit will be delivered to you beautifully packaged with all the tools you need to create a mould of your pet's nose at home, with detailed instructions, and pre-paid return postage included (please email info@rubytynanjewellery.co.uk to be sent your label).

Once your impression mould arrives back with me, I will turn it into a beautiful precious metal keepsake using the lost wax casting method. Your cufflinks will then be presented in a branded gift box.

Your mould impression kit will be dispatched within 1-3 working days.

Current turn-around times are 2-3 weeks, once your impression mould arrives back with me. For orders with he add-on engraving service, this will take an additional 2-3 weeks.
