Christmas Order Deadlines 2025
Order early to avoid disappointment — I want to make as many beautiful pieces for you as possible!
Every Ruby Tynan Jewellery piece is handmade with care, precision, and love by me, Ruby. As a one-woman business, Christmas is my busiest time of year, and I want to ensure every single piece that leaves my studio meets the highest standards of craftsmanship and quality.
Because of this, order cut-offs are essential, and if I reach capacity early, I may need to pause orders or bring deadlines forward to make sure everything is finished beautifully and on time.
Fingerprint & Pet Print Jewellery
- WITHOUT Engraving - Please have your completed kits returned to me (not just posted!) by Monday 8th December.
Allow plenty of time for ordering, postage both ways, and for taking your impressions.
- WITH Engraving - Please have your completed kits returned to me (not just posted!) by Monday 1st December.
Engraving adds a little extra time, so please order early to ensure your piece arrives in time for Christmas.
The Darwin Pendant
Please have your completed kit returned to me by Monday 1st December.
Again, please allow time for ordering, postage, and completing your impression kit. This piece is extra special, and therefore takes a little more time to create.
Engraved Ring Bands
- Star Engraved Ring Bands (Solid Gold) - Please order by Sunday 14th December.
If you’re ordering 9ct or 18ct white gold and require rhodium plating, please allow an additional 7 days.
- Celestial Engraved Diamond Ring Bands (Solid Gold) - Please order by Sunday 7th December.
If you’re ordering 9ct or 18ct white gold and require rhodium plating, please allow an additional 7 days.
If you're ordering the "add-on engraving service", please add an additional 7 days.
All Other Jewellery
- Made-to-order jewellery - Please order by Sunday 14th December to ensure delivery before Christmas.
- Ready-to-ship jewellery - Please order by Friday 19th December to ensure delivery before Christmas.
Once your order has left the studio I am unable to influence the speed at which it gets to you. Please keep this in mind when choosing your shipping service at the checkout.
